This recipe is a Castle Farm original, created through many test batches to find our favorite blend of seasonings.





ingredients
2 c plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mint flakes
optional dill to taste
instructions
1. Prepare cucumber.
2. Put cucumber, garlic and lemon juice in a processor. Pulse until well chopped.
3. Put yogurt in a bowl. Put everything else on top of yogurt.
4. Stir it up and chill.
That's it! Nice and quick, super refreshing and really yummy.
